Available to owner occupiers and investors if you:
- Initiate the loan application process commencing from 1st December 2023, with a requirement to conclude settlement within 120 days from the application date.
- Facilitate the transfer of your current home loan from an alternate lender to optimise your financial arrangements.
- Acquire a home loan with a minimum amount of $500,000, adhering to a maximum Loan-to-Value Ratio (LVR) of 80%, thus qualifying for a cashback incentive of $500.
- Acquire a home loan with a minimum amount of $1,000,000, adhering to a maximum Loan-to-Value Ratio (LVR) of 80%, thus qualifying for a cashback incentive of $1,000.
