Up to $2000 cashback offer

Available to owner occupiers and investors if you:

  • Initiate the loan application process commencing from 1st December 2023, with a requirement to conclude settlement within 120 days from the application date.
  • Facilitate the transfer of your current home loan from an alternate lender to optimise your financial arrangements.
  • Acquire a home loan with a minimum amount of $500,000, adhering to a maximum Loan-to-Value Ratio (LVR) of 80%, thus qualifying for a cashback incentive of $500.
  • Acquire a home loan with a minimum amount of $1,000,000, adhering to a maximum Loan-to-Value Ratio (LVR) of 80%, thus qualifying for a cashback incentive of $1,000.
  • Acquire a home loan with a minimum amount of $2,000,000, adhering to a maximum Loan-to-Value Ratio (LVR) of 80%, thus qualifying for a cashback incentive of $2,000.
  • Not valid for existing clients and clients that have been directly marketed from the One Finance Australia call centre.
